Terms Of Service

General information.
This is not a written contract, I would just like to put some information down for ease.Payment
I will take half of the payment before I start the commission, and half of it after. You're always free to tip as much as you want, and it is appreciated!
If you are unhappy with your commission, you have an opportunity at a redo, however this will have to be agreed upon.Status Meanings
OPEN - Currently accepting commissions and starting on them ASAP.
WAITLISTED - You will be added to a list of people I have to get back to due to slow progress on current commissions.
CLOSED - Not accepting commissions. You can ask, but you will be put on another list, this one is more just asking people if they're still interested. The WAITLIST is for people that want to commission me 100%.Deadlines
I will only accept a deadline if the commission is relatively simple.
The normal wait time can vary due to my struggle with mental illness, so if you feel you are waiting for too long, feel free to check in with me.During school I can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months.
During breaks I can take anywhere from a week to a month.Refunds
If you would like a refund, it will have to be before I finish the commission.
I do not do refunds for unsatisfactory art due to the fact that I would be more than happy to just add art to you commission.Work in progresses
I will send you WIPs if asked, however I will also send a WIP after each session that I work on it (you can tell me not to do this).
I will not send a WIP if the commission is relatively simple.Do's and Don'ts
I will decline a commission if I think it is too much for me, no matter the cost.
I will also decline a commission if you are unreasonably rude during contact, or if you ask me to draw something unlawful.
I am more comfortable drawing human characters, but I can also do anthro characters as well.
I cannot draw men that well.
I will do pin-ups.
Please communicate with me, and include extra references if you have a vision in mind.
If your character is super fleshed out, please tell me a bit about the character :) It will give me a better idea on how to draw them!
When a commission is finished you are not allowed to remove any signature or watermark I put on the drawing.
I will email you a PSD and HD PNG once I am done so you have the full image no matter what.
You are not allowed to use the commission in any commercial setting unless agreed upon by me.
You are not allowed to resell the artwork unless it is included in an adoptable OC.
You are allowed to use the art you commission in AI training for personal use only.Things I WILL do

Different human races (This is only added because most anime artists can't or won't draw textured hair, and I feel it's necessary to say that I Can)Things I WON'T do

A fair amount of the "gross" fetishes
Porn of real people
Political artI reserve the right to deny a commission for any reason as usual.
